Free Shipping
We’ll ship anything on our site to anywhere in the United States – free on orders over USD $70.
Free shipping uses our standard Economy Shipping Service delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders, modify or edit any orders once they have been submitted. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our fulfilment warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. During times of high order volume this may be subject to change and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for order fulfillment. Customer will be sent a tracking number once order ships. Orders generally take 2-5 business days from ship date until delivery.
Please note that once a package tracks as 'Delivered', frankie.pani CHILDREN'S BOUTIQUE will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. Please check with your local post office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
International Shipping
We cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders, modify or edit any orders once they have been submitted so please make sure to double check that all the details are correct before submitting an order. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

International orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx International and generally take 7-10 business days from ship date until delivery.
The buyer is responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply. frankie.pani CHILDREN'S BOUTIQUE will not refund any orders that are refused or returned to sender. Furthermore, any return shipping charges for orders that are refused, denied or initiated by the carrier will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund total.

How can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!
